Our message       

Medstore was established in early 2021 with a broad ambition supported by a distinguished team experienced in the medical field for years, with a comprehensive expansionist vision and a sincere desire to build stable support for all our clients based on trust and mutual benefit.

Through our activity, we aim to contribute to the provision of medical services primarily and to help our clients improve the quality of services provided to the public.

Medical Equipment

The company provides medical equipment and supplies to customers according to their needs and specifications (quality - price - manufacturing .. etc.).

We also pleased to provide an initial evaluation of the equipment required by customers to preserve the customer's right to obtain the best opportunities, and to offer the best alternatives if available. The most important departments we have are: -

- Radiology Centers Equipment Department: Provides the service of establishment, Radio. isolation and integrated equipment with the latest and best devices (x-rays - CT - dental imaging devices - MAMO devices - x-ray printing devices - ultrasound devices) in cooperation with major 

companies in the Egyptian market.

- Clinics and Medical Centers Equipment Department: Provides the service of establishment and comprehensive equipment for clinics and medical centers, starting from technical tasks to the installation of devices.

- Medical Supply Department: Provides specialized medical supplies supply services.

Medical Maintenance Services

We provide trained maintenance teams to follow up on devices and repair faults. The service is provided through

- Direct request from the customer for paid visits
- Concluding maintenance contracts with the customer to include (periodic visits to follow up on devices - emergency visits to repair faults - providing spare parts)
- Resident Maintenance team.

Administrative Coordination Service for Health Institutions

We are honored to provide medical policy preparation services for facilities (follow-up policies and performance measurement) that comply with the quality standards required by the Ministry of Health and Population in Egypt, and to draw the organizational structure for the management of medical engineering in institutions and to approve the administrative models followed in all cases in a way that ensures maintaining continuous follow-up, and facilitating procedures for dealing with devices, maintenance and marketing service providers.

Technical Training Services

We provide specialized trainers to train medical and technical staff on the optimal use of devices to ensure the efficiency and quality of medical service, maintain the devices for the longest possible period, and determine safety factors and their safe use.

Engineering Consulting Services

Medstore team includes a large number of engineers with experience in the fields of electricity, electronics and mechanical systems. We are honored to provide the full expertise of its engineering team to assist the relevant institutions in the required consultations, starting from planning to final equipment.

Marketing of medical devices

Customers, doctors and health institutions can request marketing of their used devices through the company’s representatives, where the customers’ devices are marketed based on their specifications, ensuring that the appropriate price is obtained for the devices, with the advantage of guaranteeing the product for new customers, which improves the opportunity to market the products.
